7 Steps To Feeling More Confident

As women, there is a lot of pressure from the media, our peers, boys, and more to be “thin,” to look “the part,” or to be “perfect.” We all worry about our bodies at some point or another and for many of us, it’s far too often – whether we’re pretty enough, if guys like us, and so on. Naturally we perceive others’ opinions as a way to measure whether we’re good enough or not. But for those of you who are ready to feel truly good about ourselves, and do it all for you, here’s seven of the easiest steps.

1) Love yourself. 

If you only take one thing from this article, I’d hope it’s that instead of constantly criticizing yourself, you must choose to empower yourself. Get happy by getting serious about loving and accepting yourself.

2) Wear what works.

Dress in clothing that makes you feel good. Even if it’s bright yellow, sequined, short and tight; putting on what makes you happy will not only make you feel more comfortable, but will help you better express and let your personality shine through. And wear it with confidence!

3) Buy nice lingerie.

Lingerie doesn’t have to be expensive, but it sure will make you feel like a million bucks. Whether it’s white and cozy, or black and lacy, having lingerie or underwear that makes you feel sexy will help drive your confidence and make you feel more feminine. It sure doesn’t hurt in the bedroom either.

4) Get your booty in shape.

Even as a straight woman, I sure notice a lady with a great butt. It is such an erotic part of the body and unlike your breasts, you can really work out your butt to make it look the way you want it. Do a ton of squats and stairs to get strong in your behind and take advantage to make yourself feel hotter.

5) Eat well.

Eating well helps to keep your digestive system working so that you have energy and are awake, alert, and more fun to be around. It helps your skin glow and makes you feel beautiful from the inside out.

6) Sleep.

Getting proper rest helps your skin glow so that you look refreshed and healthy. And health is hot, so get those z’s.

7) Fantasize and let go in bed.

There is nothing hotter than a woman who can just let go in the bedroom. Stop worrying about what he is thinking, or trying to reach an O, or whether you’re doing “it right,” but instead, focus on letting your animalistic side take over. It’s taken me many years to learn this, but now I feel like I’m finally doing it for me. Take charge if you feel like it, let go of your head and get into your body.
